Got a question about vehicle servicing and maintenance?
Whether or not a service centre can provide a replacement car depends on the location. Each Natrad Autocare location is owned and operated independently. For those that do not offer replacement vehicles, we offer a free rideshare ride as part of our service. You may be entitled to a replacement car as part of insurance claims. Be sure to check the finer details of your policy.
We do not undertake auto body smash repairs or other kinds of body repair work, like dent repair. Panel beating is a highly specialised service that requires different tools and technology than conventional vehicle repairs.
A car service can take anywhere from a few hours for a simple log book service to a week or more. This depends on a variety of factors, including whether or not we can source OEM parts, and how soon.
